Our eligibility specialists provide eligibility screening services for indigent self pay patients. We have been providing financial services for medical providers since 1989. This has been accomplished by using skilled personnel and advanced technology allowing us to maximize the use of all third party resources in dealing with the self pay patient. We maintain a patient sensitive approach in assisting the patient through the process of applying for medical public assistance.
Our services consist of knowledgeable caseworkers screening the patient using a sophisticated software driven screening system. After the patient is screened we become an authorized representative of the patient when dealing with Medicaid and all other available third party resources. Our specialists provide effective follow up with the state and the hospital facilitating approvals and payments. We ensure that no important deadlines are missed regarding verification for all available public assistance programs.
